2. When making a left turn at an intersection, whom must you yield to?
Correct answer: Oncoming traffic, pedestrians, and bicyclists in your path
Before turning left, yield to oncoming vehicles, any vehicle already in the intersection, and pedestrians or bicyclists crossing your path.
3. When a pedestrian using a white cane or a guide dog is crossing the street, what must you do?
Correct answer: Come to a complete stop until they have crossed

You must give way to a cyclist riding straight through the crossing; cutting ahead of a bicyclist is never allowed, so leave plenty of room.
12. At a four-way stop where two vehicles stop at the same moment, who has the right-of-way?

When two vehicles stop at the same time at a four-way stop, the driver on the right goes first.
